Employing only state licensed electricians who have passed actual licensing tests

Many electricians nowadays received their license simply by having worked the state required number of hours without having to prove they learned anything, or by getting their initial license in a small town with lower requirements and then being "grandfathered" in by the state. We do not employ any electricians who have been "grandfathered" in by learning the trade in a non-licensing town or by merely having worked a certain number of years. We hire only the best.It makes your experience with us better and makes my life as the owner easier.

Doing all our work with only our electricians

Believe it or not, some contractors "farm out" excess work to independent electricians. We don't. When you call us, only my employees, who are hired according to our high standards, will come to your home or business.

Ensuring your safety

All of our employees have had an extensive background check done, and none with questions are hired, so none come to your home or business. All of our men are uniformed, and have their photo ID and state license displayed on their uniform. If they don't, they're not from us. It's that simple. This let's you have confidence that you are dealing with professionals and you are safe letting them into your home or business. If I wouldn't let them in my home, I won't send them to your home or business.

Continuing education

We are never satisfied at where we are. We constantly strive to improve our service, both through education and newer tools and methods. Our men go through continuing education regularly as part of working here, both formal classes for credits, and weekly brainstorming amongst ourselves to learn what tips or techniques the other employees have picked up through the years. If one of us figures out a faster or better way to do something, then all of us learn it. If we see a tool that will help us do our work faster or easier, then we get it. No "shade tree" or "make do with what we have" electricians will come to your home or business.

If you have a problem with our performance, then our men are instructed to do their best to satisfy you then and there. If that doesn't happen, then you will deal with me, the owner, and not some middle manager, to make you satisfied. Guaranteed.
